My Father the Husbandmen Part 3

When we consider the price it takes to abide in the vine we understand it is not something to be taken lightly. All that we are, rests upon whom do we believe in? Everyone believes in someone, or thing. Joshua said, “as for me and my house we will serve the Lord”. They that worship God must worship him in Spirit and in truth; that is accepting by faith the one that created us. God gave us His Son as a sacrifice in order that we might be free to abide in the Vine from which comes our strength. Notice the word if and how many times it is used in this 15 chapter of John  6, 10, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 24.  If is a proposition based upon a premise that must be seen in order to receive the benefits of abiding, so we do not have to suffer the consequences of sin.

Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God.

Jesus could of cast himself down from the highest point of the temple. But He said, “Thou shalt not tempt the Lord Thy God

Jesus could of taken all the kingdoms of the world for he already created them.

But he said to Satan, “Get thee hence Satan for it is written thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and Him only shalt thou serve”. The Devil leaves and angels come and minister to Jesus. Matthew 4:1-11.

See the reasons Jesus did not sin? He allowed God to be the Husbandmen in control. He followed the Lord God, for it is God that is in control even of the Son. Only He knows when the world is going to come to an end and be destroyed. Only He knows when the Church is going to be called home at the resurrection of the Bride.

John 15:1-8

Jesus says, I am the true vine and my Father is the Husbandman.

As a Farmer this is one of my favorite passages for we see our

Father called the husbandman by His Son. A husbandman is one who

governs what happens, that’s the reason I liken God to the

Gentleman Farmer, one who owns all of what we see, even what we

are not able to see around us and is careful of how he deals with

what He has created.

The Husbandman provides every thing we need to become what he

intended us to be. He has blessed us by making sure we have water

to drink also to allow the plants to grow. He gives us the sun for

nourishment by day and the moon for shelter by night. He also

makes sure he has the equipment needed to complete the task of

making sure we grow into the person that will produce after our

kind. Christian Families find many times their kids grow up

understanding the Lord and when they get older they serve and

obey Jesus. God the Husbandmen created man form the dirt,

then soon afterward the women was created from the rib taken

from the man. She is to be protected and provided for by the

husband as the Husbandman cares for us all.
