As we consider Advent Gods Coming to our world let’s take a closer look at the home for that is where we meet as a family of Gods.

Ps 85:1-2 8-13 Dec 10

Lord, You have been favorable to Your land; You have brought back the captivity of Jacob. “Worthy News reported Dec 6, it will be 100 years (2 Jubilee cycles) nearly to the day when Jerusalem was liberated from the Ottoman Empire by the British in 1917. And in 1917, when the British entered into Jerusalem, it was 400 years (8 Jubilee cycles) to the day of when the Turks initially entered Jerusalem in 1517. So this month will mark 500 years (10 Jubilee Cycles) since the Ottomans first captured the holy city. Historically, it will also mark 50 years (1 Jubilee Cycle) since Jerusalem was liberated in the Six Days War in 1967. Worthy News wants to share a brief history lesson about the liberation of Jerusalem. Early in 1917, John Hilton, a mechanic in the British Royal Flying Corps, attended church one Sunday morning. Noticing Hilton's uniform, a clergyman approached and told him, having read Isaiah 31, he believed that airplanes would be used by the English air force to deliver Jerusalem into British hands. He was right...but only partly...Months later, General Allenby was seeking advice from London as he prepared to liberate Jerusalem from 400 years of Turkish rule. He received a wire from London. The wire quoted Isaiah 31:4-5, "For thus hath the LORD spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the LORD of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof. As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem, defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it. After receiving the wire, Allenby called for planes to fly low over Jerusalem, dropping leaflets warning the Turks of his coming. When the Turks picked up the leaflets and read the name Allenby, they heard, "Allah en Nebi", which, in Arabic, means “Prophet of Allah”, so they surrendered Jerusalem without firing a shot! A tenth century Islamic poet with which they were familiar, had written, “The man who will conquer Jerusalem and redeem it from the infidel for all time to come will enter the Holy City humbly on foot, and his name is God's prophet.” In respect for the city of his savior's death and resurrection, Allenby dismounted his horse and walked into Jerusalem on foot. The liberation of Jerusalem took place the first day of Chanukah, the feast of dedication, in 1917".

We are seeing the creative providence of our God is astounding in its details, and sometimes even reveals His sense of humor. He is not asleep, and His resources are far beyond our ability to comprehend. Who could have imagined that the name of an English general and the verse of an Islamic poet, would be the combination for a bloodless victory which would also fulfill an ancient Hebrew scripture? So, we believe, in our present situation, again, God's deliverance will come in the most unexpected ways. How He will do it this time? Watch for the unexpected ways He will work...even in your own situation!”

Thank the Lord He has bought Israel back to the promised land after much suffering and we as Gentiles have been drafted in to this family of Gods, so what David is saying here is He has always been interested in the home of Israel and the Church. No longer in bondage, but free at last and then when Jesus came as a babe and lived among us many became disciples of His and followed Him as they abide in the vine; Jesus.

We're living in a unique time in history, as once again Israel finds herself surrounded by enemies with few friends willing to stand with her. So often we are asked, and we wonder, how things will turn out ... we've found it's usually foolish to try and predict; but one thing is absolutely certain; the God of Israel is watching over this tiny nation!

You have forgiven the iniquity of Your people; You have covered all their sin. Selah It is God alone who is our father that came to live and show to the world His love as He gave His Son Jesus to die and provide the sacrifice needed to forgive us of all our sins as we are convicted of wrong and ask forgiveness so we can become better without getting bitter. You have taken away all Your wrath; You have turned from the fierceness of Your anger. Thank the Lord he has restored those who want restoration and is not mad or angry. He forgives and forget and knows we need to be united together as the family of God is a temple of His and that is the Church.

Restore us, O God of our salvation, And cause Your anger toward us to cease. Restore us that is all who call upon the Lord. The Disciples where asked by God who do they say I am. Peter said, the Son of God and because of this the Church began in the House of the Lord the Synagogue or Temple and now called the House of God the Church. Thank the Lord it is the Church that finds favor from the Lord as they call upon the Lord for mercy and grace.
Will You be angry with us forever?
No not while we are in the home enjoying the presence of the Lord as we abide in Your love.
Will You prolong Your anger to all generations?
No but it is strange that everyone that sins will suffer the consequences even when forgiven for we can’t erase what we have done, but God can and gives us the assurance He is going to empower us to not continue to sin,
Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?
How many times have you had to repent and say to God I’m sorry for doing or saying what I did that displeased you. Many but God is always there as our Father ready to forgive and let us move on.
Show us Your mercy, Lord, And grant us Your salvation.
Our Salvation is depended not on God for He loves all, it is if we are ready to come home to our father God so He can bless and heal our broken worn out lives. It is not man’s mercy, but God’s mercy that is needed today to enjoy the Home He is preparing for us to live in daily.

I will hear what God the Lord will speak, For He will speak peace To His people and to His saints;
But let them not turn back to folly.
I have ears, eyes, a mouth, nose and feeling to make sure I am connect to my souls five senses, imagination, memory, reason, conscience and affection when I know the greatest gift the Lord has given in the Spirit of Gods, Hope, faith, reverence, worship and prayer without which I will not see God. God created us all to have peace and that is not cheap for someone is always trying to take you out of your home and send you into a spirit of loneness, shame and fear. We turn back when we forget who we are, and do anything we feel like doing. This is being foolish for we hurt those we love including ourselves.

We are seeing dysfunctional homes around the world for we are taught to hate holiness and purity and we are all suffering with a lack of lawlessness.
Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him,
That glory may dwell in our land.
It is amazing how many fear what is happening around the world for the lack of fearing the Lord and what he has written in the Basic Instructions, Before Leaving Earth the Bible. We in the United States stop referring to the Bible in our Schools in the 60’s. and today can’t even pray in public, or before a football game. So glory in the home is many time lacking in our homes and they have become dysfunctional to where people cannot communicate without getting mad and angry.

10 Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed. Thank the Lord when mercy is surrounded by truth people can communicate to where they have peace and are able to kiss one another without regret. Are we not seeing regret like never before with the amount of women belong abused by men and men being abused by women? Kids not being able to kiss mom, or dad for the simple reason we have forgot the need to be righteous in order to have peace. It is not black lives matter it is all lives matter and we should want the best for all.
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth, And righteousness shall look down from heaven.
You plant a kernel of wheat you’re going to get more kernels. You plant evil thoughts you’re going to reap evil thoughts. We reap what we sow and it is seen as a law that never fails. Let us see the value of the truth in everything we do so we can be a witness and ambassador for the Kingdom of the Lords. The we can see righteousness rule and reign over evil.
12 Yes, the Lord will give what is good; And our land will yield its increase.
Yes, is a positive statement that we need to see and understand in our homes, for God our Father gave us His Son so we can be good like our maker. This will, allow everyone to prosper as we want to achieve the Potential God created for us to enjoy. We have to work at improving our talents or skills, for if we don’t we lose what has been given us.13 Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway. Righteousness is our Father God’s gift to the world and if we follow in His footsteps we are going to get where He is wanting us to go. It seems like today the world does not want God in the homes for then they don’t have to do right but, can do what he or she thinks is right and confusion is the result.

Lord help us to see You’re the one who needs to be the head of our homes for that is what You came to do as a bade in the manger, now let’s see what is in store next as we find joy in the home as our Father wants us to enjoy life. This require me to abide in the Lord sol I grow to become more and more like Him; Godly.
